Privacy & Website Notice

This notice explains how this website handles information you submit. It is not a substitute for our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers protected health information created in the course of care.

What this site collects

If you submit a request or waitlist form, we receive the contact details you enter (name, phone, email, city or ZIP, and which updates you want). We use them only to respond or send the updates you asked for. Please do not submit health information through this website.

Fonts and maps

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed. Those services may receive your IP address and basic browser details. You can ask us for printed directions if you prefer not to load the map.

Analytics

We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on booking, form or Howill Health pages. If that changes, this page will be updated.
